Requirements
- You must have a Webgains publisher account. Sign up for a free account at webgains.com.
- The Webgains Vouchers Plugin requires Clipper 1.4 (our WordPress coupon theme) or newer.
What themes does this work with?
Webgains Vouchers Publisher will only work with Clipper (our WordPress coupon theme), version 1.4 or later.
To install, simply upload the plugin via the WordPress Administrator Panel. Or extract the plugin’s files and manually upload via FTP.
Once activated, visit “Clipper->Webgains” menu, and enter your API key.
Note: This plugin will automatically error and deactivate itself if the current theme is not supported. Simply reactivate the plugin through the Manage Plugins page once a support theme has been selected.

Thanks for this plugin. Can you tell how Webgains categories are managed ? Is there a category relationship tab ? Otherwise, how can we put stores automatically in an existing category ?

Webgains API do not provide information about categories so creating a “Categories Relations” isn’t possible. Plugin has an option to choose a category from Clipper where all coupons will be imported.

The “Webgains Vouchers” plugin has very limited features comparatively with “Tradetracker Vouchers” plugin. For example, following features are not available:
– Stores relations (very important)
– Promotion Type ‘Offer’ (only support voucher/coupon) (very important)
– Notifications features
– Categories relations (when it is not possible this feature from Webgains, it can be assignable manually for each store) (very important)
– Create Category
– Create stores
Can you please tell when will you release next update of the “Webgains Vouchers” plugin with above features?

Limitations of the features comes from the limitations of the Webgains API, and not because I was too lazy to develop them… release date is not yet set, although new features (eg. notifications about coupons imported) are planned.

I have a question. Do you have a unified 1 plugin for all affiliate networks? Does your plugins work only with Clipper? Can it be modified and adjusted to my coupon website, which not Clipper one?

No, unfortunately not, Webgains do not provide logos of stores.
