- Extract the folder into your Wordpress plugins directory.
- Enable the plugin.
- Configure the plugin under Vantage->Custom Emails.

Hi,
is it possible to define images (header / footer) aswell or only text?
you can’t define header / footer for all emails though you can add images in the body per email template as normal html works but make sure to use full url and not related urls.
For example do not use something like ‘/images/myimage.png’ as it might work in the preview because the image exists in your hosting. you need to use ‘http://mydomain.com/images/myimage.png’.
the default vantage email template is being used so you can edit the template source or check the wp-email-styler plugin.
there are also free ones like wp-email-template or wp-better-emails.
you should really ad html header footer in it

it should. if something will change in future versions of vantage let me know and i’ll update the plugin. also notice other plugins may add email notifications so those are not supported.

the plugin should work with all v3.x releases of Vantage theme.

Hi Adrian, this should work for vantage 4.x.
You cannot broadcast or send emails at all from this plug-in. This plug-in is for changing the default email templates for emails the theme sends.

It’s been a while since you updated this plugin. I bought it today for $19. I´ve noticed that you can customise event emails, but Vantage 4 doesn’t have any events any more. Shouldn’t that be removed?
More importantly, some email notifications are missing. There seems to be a full list of email notifications on this page:

Half of the notifications seem to be missing. Could that be? It is striking when the notification styles (Vantage standard versus customized mails) are so different. This confuses listing owners.
I tested the mails after setting them up with your plugin. The senders are also different. Vantage standard notifications contain blog name. The customised mails contain “WordPress” as the sender. This is confusing. I wished that could be customized as well.
Please update the plugin to be fully functional. Perhaps I am wrong, then please tell me where I can set all this.

Dear Roidayan,
one more thing. I miss the $renew_link.
In the standard Vantage notification the user gets a mail when her listing has expired with a $renew_link. This looks like this:

When I simply insert the %post_link% than I get the error message “Site not found”. I hope you can fix this problem.
